Panoramic Group COO now a part of AIRDA Executive Committee

Mr. Hitesh Kshatriya has been inducted into this prestigious industry governing body

Magic Holidays, one of India’s leading timeshare companies, has added another feather to its cap. The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hitesh Kshatriya, has been inducted as a part of the Executive Committee at All India Resort Development Association (AIRDA). Magic Holidays is a part of the Panoramic Group and owns around 37 resorts to cater to its increasing customer base.

The AIRDA is an independent, non-profit advisory dedicated to the timeshare and vacation ownership industry. Mr. Kshatriya will be a part of this committee and hold the prestigious post until the elections next year in September 2014. The AIRDA’s working blueprint operates at three levels. At Level One, it offers resort developers a constructive platform to share ideas and strategies on the running and promotion of timeshare. It also works with developers to cut a clean image in the industry and offer fair value on holiday packages to customers. AIRDA’s key member segments include timeshare developers, exchange companies, marketers and other participant stakeholders. In addition to playing catalyst for the vacation ownership industry, AIRDA also assumes the role of an ombudsman - ensuring that the promoter-consumer relationship is ethical, fair and value-based.
